dun really know if the candidates really read carefully of the requirements and qualifications when they want to apply for the job...???

i'm going thru the resumes for my sales & application engineer position, only 10% can be called for interviews and the rest dun really make the requirements and qualification...

wat i need is graduate from EEE not other engineering and with sales experience... those who wasn't being choose were either no experience on sales or diff qualifications.. worst, some neither have sales experience nor qualifications nor correct engineering experience.

i'm really having headaches when going thru the resumes... is it tat difficult to read carefully and apply? i know wat's their thinking... they was thinking maybe they will be consider for an interview even different experience or qualifications...

i cant deny tat they really stood a chance if we really have no choice.. but pls, not to the extend tat all requirements, experience and qualifications are totally different from ours... it's not rite... they are just wasting my time to read thru them and getting more frustrated over this issue...

reports shows that economy have went down and lots of ppl have no jobs... but for 1.5 years that the resumes i've received are limited...

haiz.. hope tat from these 4 candidates, we can hire 1 of them...
